The location was great, with easy access to the ski lifts and being right in the heart of town. We loved being able to walk to all the shops and restaurants nearby. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our romantic escape more enjoyable. the spa facilities were a nice bonus, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a day on the slopes.
The hotel itself was quite outdated and in desperate need of renovations. the rooms were small and didn't match the photos we had seen online.

The location of the hotel was great, with the ski lift just a 3-minute walk away, making it convenient for winter sports enthusiasts. the rooms, although a bit old, were comfortable and had a double bed. the hotel provided a variety of facilities, including a spa area and a sauna, which guests could enjoy at an additional cost.
The lack of sound isolation, which could be bothersome when large groups of people were staying at the hotel.

We had a great time during our Christmas stay! The hotel offered excellent facilities for relaxation and rejuvenation. The spa area was well-maintained and had a variety of treatment options to choose from. The rooms were clean, cozy, and comfortable, providing the perfect place to unwind after a long day of skiing. the hotel's location was ideal, being just a short walk away from the ski lifts and in the heart of the town. This made it easy for us to explore the area and enjoy the festive atmosphere.
The hotel could benefit from some updates and renovations, as the decor and equipment felt outdated. The breakfast and dinner options were average at best, lacking the quality and variety we were hoping for.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with the ski lifts just a short walk away. Being in the middle of town made it convenient for me to explore and discover everything the city had to offer. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided were top-notch. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and gave me a great start to my day.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
